Nice little tapestry made in jacquard weaving in the country of Flanders. It represents four characters of the Commedia del'Arte: Arlecchina (Harlequine), Pulchinello (Polichinelle), Arlecchino (Harlequin) & Trivellino (Trivelin). The latter plays the lute to delight his masked companions in carnival outfits, such as in Venice, Italy.
